Sending a request through the website does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the host confirms availability, price, cancellation terms, and payment instructions.
Prices and availability
Displayed prices and totals are estimates until final host confirmation. Availability is calculated from direct reservations and connected third-party calendars, but conflicts can still happen if an external platform changes before sync completes.
Guest guide
The digital guest guide provides practical stay information such as Wi-Fi, key access, parking, emergency contacts, and local notes. Sensitive arrival details are shown only after a booking number or host PIN unlock.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass guide unlocks, admin login, rate limits, or calendar export protections.
- Do not submit false reservation details or misuse contact channels.
- Respect house rules, quiet hours, and occupancy limits confirmed for your stay.
Governing law
The website and direct booking process are governed by Greek law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
